Alongside this, she is also modelling for a Khadi brand associated with actor Pankaj Tripathi. Swinky Mehta is now preparing to establish a strong identity in the world of acting through Bollywood, Tollywood and music videos.
A Delhi-based model of Punjabi origin, Swinky Mehta began her modelling career in Delhi and Punjab. With hard work, dedication and a professional approach, she has walked the ramp at several national and international fashion shows. She has also been part of various print campaigns and advertising projects.
During her career, Swinky Mehta has worked with several reputed magazines, print campaigns, Grihshobha magazine and various clothing brands. She has also appeared in several Punjabi music videos, where she showcased her versatility as an artist. Her next goal is to take on powerful roles in films and present different shades of her acting abilities to audiences.
Swinky Mehta says she is a great admirer of films made by renowned filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. In the field of acting, she considers Salman Khan and the late legendary actress Sridevi as her biggest inspirations. Her favourite films include Khuda Gawah, Chandni and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. She says that if given an opportunity, she would love to work with Salman Khan in a memorable romantic film similar to Maine Pyar Kiya.
According to Swinky Mehta, cinema is not merely a medium of entertainment but also a powerful force capable of inspiring society. She wishes to be part of strong, women-centric films in which female characters play an important role in adding emotional depth to the story and taking the narrative forward. She believes that challenging roles are the true test of an artist's talent and leave a lasting impact on the hearts of audiences.
Recalling the beginning of her journey, Swinky Mehta says that she started receiving modelling offers during her teenage years because of her personality and attractive presence. After working in several advertisements, her passion for modelling grew even stronger, eventually inspiring her to move towards the film industry. She believes that hard work, discipline and self-confidence are the biggest keys to success.
For young people and those aspiring to fulfil their dreams, Swinky Mehta says, “Dream big, but also have the courage to turn those dreams into reality. Work hard, keep improving yourself and never give up on your goals.”
Swinky Mehta is also deeply concerned about social and humanitarian issues. Expressing concern over the tragedy in Nepal and the condition of those affected by it, she says that during difficult times, borders do not matter; what matters most is humanity. She believes that every capable person should come forward and help victims and people in need according to their capacity.
She says that not only in Nepal, but many people in India are also struggling with poverty, natural disasters and other difficult circumstances. She believes that the capable sections of society should come forward to help those in need and demonstrate compassion and humanity. According to her, even a small helping hand extended to someone in need can become a great source of hope in that person's life.
Swinky Mehta also considers the rising crimes against women a serious matter of concern. She has emphasised the need for strict laws against the exploitation of women and stronger security arrangements so that every woman can live with dignity, safety and self-confidence.
After establishing her identity in the world of modelling, Swinky Mehta is now ready to embrace new opportunities in cinema. With her upcoming Punjabi album, new modelling projects and dreams of acting, she is steadily moving forward in the entertainment industry. With determination, talent and a positive outlook, she aims to build a successful career as an actress and create a distinct identity for herself in the Indian entertainment industry.
