In the bustling marketplace area of the city, two powerful strongmen, Nathiya and Kali, become bitter rivals over the possession of a valuable plot of land. Their goons brutally attack the poor families living on the land in an attempt to force them out.
Determined to fight for the rights of the underprivileged, Surya stands up against the two gangsters. He is joined by journalist Pooja, whose fearless reporting strengthens his battle for justice. As they fight side by side, Pooja gradually falls in love with Surya. The film explores how Surya's courage, strength, and honesty, combined with the power of Pooja's pen, create the true "Kismat Ka Karishma" (The Miracle of Destiny) against the mighty criminals.

Renowned actor Jeet Upendra plays the lead role, alongside Keyuri Shah. Ram Mishra and Kirtiman portray the principal antagonists, while Pankaj Kumar Goswami and Raju Tank appear in important supporting roles.
The film also features newcomers Rahul Desai and Pampa Ghosh, along with Naresh Rathore, Dr. Nisha, Kusum Pandey, Rekha Choudhary, Harshraj, Kishore Bhaskar, and several other talented artists.
Principal photography is scheduled to begin in the second week of July and will be completed in a single shooting schedule.
