Grand Poetry Symposium Organized by Kavyasrujan Nyas and Akhil Bharatiya Kavya Manch in Honour of Dr. Omkarnath Tripathi

 


Mumbai: A grand poetry symposium was organized by Kavyasrujan Nyas and Akhil Bharatiya Kavya Manch in honour of Dr. Omkarnath Tripathi, who had arrived from Delhi. The event was held at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Hall, Santacruz (East), Mumbai, in a dignified and vibrant atmosphere. The program was presided over by Housila Prasad “Anveshi”, while Omprakash Tiwari conducted the proceedings with remarkable poise and clarity.

Dr. Omkarnath Tripathi graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The distinguished guests included Dr. Dayanand Tiwari, Nidar Jaunpuri, and Kusum Tiwari “Jhallī”. The organization honoured all guests with ceremonial shawls and bouquets as a mark of respect.

The event commenced with Saraswati Vandana, setting a devotional and literary tone for the evening. Eminent poets including Trilochan Singh Arora, Ravi Yadav, Murlidhar Pandey, Gopal Gupta, “Aatmik” Shridhar Mishra, Lalbahadur Yadav “Kamal”, Ramji Kanaujia, Housila Prasad “Anveshi”, Nidar Jaunpuri, Prof. Dayanand Tiwari, Dr. Omkarnath Tripathi, Omprakash Tiwari, Pt. Jamdagni Puri, Anand Pandey “Keval”, young poet Shyam Tiwari, Vinay Athwal, poetess Laxmi Yadav “Ojaswini”, Archana Jha and Kusum Tiwari “Jhallī” presented their diverse poetic creations, captivating the audience throughout.

As the President of the event, Housila Prasad “Anveshi” offered thoughtful reviews and insights on the poetic presentations, encouraging all participants. The guests appreciated the well-organized and meaningful literary gathering.

The Saraswati Vandana was performed by “Aatmik” Shridhar Mishra, while blessings and concluding remarks were delivered by Dr. Omkarnath Tripathi, Prof. Dayanand Tiwari, Nidar Jaunpuri, and Kusum Tiwari “Jhallī”. The vote of thanks was presented by Anand Pandey “Keval”, Deputy Secretary of the organization.

The program concluded successfully in a short span of time, leaving behind a memorable literary evening for all poetry lovers.
